How is cheese best served?

Cheese is best served at room temperature - for best results, set out 30 minutes before serving.


How much notice is needed to place an order?

We ask that orders be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your event date, but the sooner you reach out the better as our calendar fills up and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your event is less than 2 weeks away, feel free to reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate a last-minute order.


What is your cancellation policy?

For a full refund, you must cancel 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery day. If you cancel 1-2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery day will result in loss of your 20% deposit. No refunds will be given 1 week before pickup/delivery day.


Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 20% deposit which is applied to your final cost.


Is pickup available?

Yes, you can pick up from our Clifton, VA location. During the order process we will schedule a pickup day and time.


Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver locally around the Clifton, VA area, a small delivery fee may be added based on your delivery location.


 

Can I pick my cheese and meat selections?

We have selections available on the order form that is based on our current inventory.

We’ll do our best to accommodate any special requests but cannot guarantee. Some requests may have additional fees.


What are typical cheese and meat options included in boxes/or cones?

Typical cheese and meats options that could be included are;

  • Blue Cheese

  • Gouda Cheese

  • White Cheddar Cheese

  • Brie Cheese

  • Seasonal Toscano Cheese

  • Salami

  • Black Pepper Salami

  • Sopressa

Please note that cheese & meat options do change depending on inventory and the options above are just examples.


Do you offer Gluten-Free options?

Yes, we try to curate the board to your needs. If you need Gluten-Free options, please select this during the ordering process.
